This website is operated by The Resin Den. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Resin Den. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. On-Demand Manufacturing Service & Delivery Timelines

The Resin Den operates an on-demand manufacturing workshop. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Bespoke Creation: Products do not exist in a physical inventory. Your purchase constitutes a contract for custom manufacturing services using liquid UV photopolymer resin.
Production & Fulfillment Deadlines: Because items are custom-fabricated, production times fluctuate based on workshop queue volumes. Unless a specific express timeframe is agreed upon in writing, you agree that due to the bespoke nature of 3D printing, our maximum legal fulfillment window is extended up to 45 days from the order date before the order can be considered "late" under UK delivery laws.
Slight Variations: Due to the nature of 3D printing and post-processing (washing, UV curing, and support removal), minor surface variations, micro-artifacts, or tiny support marks may be present on the final model. These are characteristic of the additive manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect or fault.

2. Miniature Scaling & Hobby Responsibility

Scale Accuracy: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to read the product descriptions regarding model scales (e.g., 28mm, 32mm, heroic scale) before purchasing. We are not liable if a model does not match the scale of your existing third-party collection.
Assembly & Cleaning: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, miniatures are supplied unpainted and unprimed, and some larger or multi-part models may require manual assembly (superglue) and light hobby cleaning (sanding/clipping).
Product Safety: Our products are intended for adult hobbyists, tabletop gamers, and collectors. They are not toys and are not suitable for young children due to small parts, choking hazards, and sharp components.

3. Resin Material Safety Warning

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you understand how to safely handle cured resin items:

No Ingestion: Cured resin is toxic if ingested. Do not put miniatures or components in your mouth.
Sanding Warning: If you sand, file, or cut our resin miniatures, you must wear an appropriate particle dust mask and work in a well-ventilated area. Inhaling resin dust is hazardous to health.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Limitations

3D Sculpt Designs: The Resin Den prints and distributes physical models under official, authorized commercial merchant licenses granted by their respective digital sculptors/studios.
No Commercial Derivative Use: Purchasing a physical miniature grants you a personal hobby license only. You are strictly forbidden from copying, molding, recasting, 3D scanning, or reverse-engineering any model purchased from our workshop for commercial resale, distribution, or personal duplication.

5. Pricing, Cancellations, and Payment

We reserve the right to change prices for our services at any time without notice.
As detailed in our Return Policy, because our manufacturing process begins quickly after an order is placed, cancellations cannot be accepted once your order has entered our digital slicing queue or physical print queue.

6. Shipping, Transit Risk, and Delivery Failures

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act, risk of loss or damage transfers to you only upon physical delivery of the package to your specified shipping address.
Failed Deliveries: If a courier returns a package to our workshop marked as "unclaimed," "refused," or due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout, a full refund cannot be issued (as the items are custom-printed bespoke goods). The customer will be liable for the secondary shipping costs to have the order re-sent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
